Pilgrim Village 2026 Policies


Rental policy
  1. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are NOT provided
  2. Rental policy - ONE family per cottage. Immediate family. Please read item 3
  3. 5th person in two-bedroom cottage, where permitted $25. Per night. (includes relatives, babysitters, in-laws, and friends)
  4. Only the number of people as quoted above are allowed to use the cottage at the prices given. Each child counts as a person. Notification of additional people MUST BE MADE before arrival. Additional people exceeding cottage capacity CANNOT be accommodated.
  5. $600. Deposit per cottage per week when making reservation. No deposit refunded after April 15th
  6. 14.45% short-term rental tax to be charged.
  7. Credit cards are not accepted.
  8. Only registered Pilgrim Village guests may use the facilities.
